In these Terms and Conditions, the following definitions apply throughout unless the context expressly requires otherwise:

• "920kr", "we", "us", "our" — refers to the 920kr platform and its operating entity, an internationally licensed online betting and gaming operator accessible at https://920kr.com.
• "Platform" — the 920kr website, any associated mobile applications, and all services accessible through them, including the sportsbook, live casino, and slot game library.
• "Account" — the personal player account created by a registered user upon successful completion of the 920kr registration process.
• "Player", "you", "your" — any individual who accesses or uses the 920kr Platform, whether as a registered account holder or a visitor.
• "Balance" — the total sum of real-money funds held within a Player's 920kr account at any given time, excluding bonus funds unless otherwise stated.
• "Bonus Funds" — any promotional credits, free bet tokens, or bonus amounts credited to a Player's account under a specific 920kr promotional offer, subject to applicable wagering requirements.

• "Prohibited Jurisdiction" — any country, territory, or region from which access to and use of the 920kr Platform is restricted or prohibited by applicable law or by 920kr policy.
• "Bet" / "Wager" — a real-money stake placed by a Player on any sporting event, casino game, or other wagering product made available on the 920kr Platform.

By accessing the 920kr Platform, registering a 920kr account, or placing any bet or wager through the Platform, you unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms and Conditions in their entirety, together with the 920kr Privacy Policy and any game-specific or promotion-specific rules published on the Platform from time to time.

If you do not accept these Terms and Conditions in full, you must immediately cease using the 920kr Platform and close your account. Continued use of the Platform following the publication of any updated Terms constitutes your acceptance of those updates.

920kr reserves the right to refuse service, suspend or permanently close accounts, and void bets at its sole discretion where it has reason to believe that these Terms and Conditions have been violated, or where continued service would conflict with applicable regulatory obligations.

To register and maintain a 920kr account, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility criteria at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. 920kr strictly enforces this age limit and will close any account found to belong to a person under the age of 21, forfeiting any remaining balance.
• You are a natural person and not a corporation, partnership, or other legal entity.
• You are not accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction as defined by 920kr's operating licence and internal compliance policies.
• You have not previously had a 920kr account closed or suspended for violations of these Terms and Conditions.
• You are acting solely on your own behalf and not as an agent for, or on behalf of, any third party.
• You have not been diagnosed with, or are not currently seeking treatment for, a gambling addiction or related disorder, and you are not subject to any voluntary or compulsory self-exclusion arrangement.

During registration you are required to provide accurate, complete, and current personal information. You must notify 920kr of any changes to your registered information without undue delay. 920kr reserves the right to request supporting documentation to verify any information provided at any stage, including at the time of withdrawal requests.

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality and security of your 920kr login credentials, including your username, password, and any two-factor authentication codes. You must not share your login credentials with any other person under any circumstances.

920kr strongly recommends that all account holders enable two-factor authentication (2FA) on their 920kr account. This feature is available free of charge from within the account security settings and provides a significant additional layer of protection against unauthorised access.

You agree to notify 920kr immediately via live chat or email if you suspect any unauthorised access to, or use of, your account. 920kr will not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to maintain the security of your account credentials.

920kr will never contact you requesting your password or 2FA codes. Any communication purporting to be from 920kr that requests such information should be treated as fraudulent and reported to our support team immediately.

920kr accepts deposits via the following payment methods: Bitcoin (BTC), USDT TRC20, JazzCash, EasyPaisa, HBL bank transfer, and SadaPay. The availability of specific payment methods may vary and is subject to change without prior notice.

All funds deposited into a 920kr account must originate from a payment method that is registered in your own name. Deposits from third-party payment sources are strictly prohibited. 920kr reserves the right to return deposits and close accounts where third-party funding is identified.

• Minimum and maximum deposit amounts vary by payment method and are displayed at the time of deposit in the 920kr cashier.
• Cryptocurrency deposits are subject to blockchain network confirmation times which are outside the control of 920kr. 920kr credits cryptocurrency deposits upon receipt of the required number of network confirmations.
• JazzCash and EasyPaisa deposits are typically credited to your 920kr account balance in real time during normal operating hours.
• 920kr does not charge fees for standard deposits; however, your payment provider or blockchain network may impose transaction fees for which 920kr bears no responsibility.

Withdrawal requests from your 920kr account are subject to the following conditions:

• Your account must have passed all required KYC verification checks before any withdrawal request will be processed. 920kr may request government-issued photo identification, proof of address, and proof of payment method ownership.
• Withdrawals will be returned to the same payment method used for the deposit where technically possible. In cases where this is not possible, 920kr will process withdrawals via an alternative method at its discretion.
• Minimum withdrawal amounts apply and are displayed in the 920kr cashier at the time of request. Requests below the minimum threshold will not be processed.
• 920kr aims to process approved withdrawal requests within 24–72 hours of approval. Cryptocurrency withdrawals are additionally subject to blockchain network processing times.
• 920kr reserves the right to request additional documentation or information before processing any withdrawal request where it deems this necessary for fraud prevention, anti-money laundering compliance, or account security purposes.

Any withdrawals found to have been requested in breach of these Terms and Conditions — including attempts to withdraw bonus funds prior to meeting wagering requirements, or funds derived from prohibited conduct — may be reversed and the relevant account suspended pending investigation.

920kr may from time to time offer bonuses, free bets, deposit match promotions, and other promotional offers to registered players. All such offers are subject to specific terms and conditions published alongside each promotion, in addition to these general Terms and Conditions.

• Bonus funds are distinct from real-money account balances. They cannot be withdrawn directly and must be wagered in accordance with the stated wagering requirements before any associated winnings become eligible for withdrawal.
• Unless stated otherwise, wagering requirements must be met using real-money bets at the minimum odds specified in the promotion terms. Bets placed using bonus funds on games or markets excluded from wagering requirement contributions will not count toward fulfillment.
• 920kr reserves the right to withdraw, cancel, or modify any promotional offer at any time, including where there is evidence of bonus abuse, exploitation of system errors, or coordinated promotion misuse.
• Players found to be abusing promotions — including through the creation of multiple accounts, structured deposits and withdrawals, or low-risk hedging strategies designed solely to extract bonus value — will have their bonuses voided and may have their accounts permanently closed.
• Each bonus offer is available once per player, household, IP address, device, and payment method unless explicitly stated otherwise in the specific promotion terms.

All bets placed on the 920kr sportsbook are subject to 920kr's Sportsbook Rules, which govern the settlement, voiding, and amendment of bets across all sports and markets. The following general principles apply:

• Bets are accepted at the odds displayed at the time the bet is confirmed. 920kr reserves the right to correct obvious pricing errors. Where a bet has been accepted at a manifestly incorrect price, 920kr reserves the right to void the bet or settle it at the correct price.
• 920kr reserves the right to limit, refuse, or restrict betting activity on any market, for any player, at any time, without providing a reason.
• In-play (live) bets are accepted subject to 920kr's live betting rules. Bets placed after the conclusion of an event — whether due to technical delay or otherwise — will be voided.
• Bets on events that are postponed, abandoned, or cancelled will be settled in accordance with 920kr's event-specific settlement rules, which may result in bets being voided and stakes returned, or settled according to the result at the point of abandonment.
• Maximum payout limits apply per event, per market, and per bet type. These limits are displayed in the relevant market at the time of placing the bet.
• For cricket markets including PSL fixtures, Pakistan international matches, and ICC tournaments, specific cricket betting rules apply and are published in the 920kr sportsbook rules section.

Any dispute regarding the settlement of a bet must be raised with 920kr's customer support team within seven (7) days of the relevant event settling. Disputes raised outside this window may not be considered.

920kr's live casino and slot game products are provided through licensed third-party game suppliers. Each game operates using a certified Random Number Generator (RNG) or live dealing system, as applicable. Return-to-Player (RTP) percentages for slot titles are published in the relevant game information panels.

920kr accepts no liability for technical faults, disconnections, or software malfunctions that occur during casino or slot game sessions beyond what is required under applicable regulations. In the event of a disconnection during a live casino round, the hand or round will be resolved according to the game provider's technical rules, and the relevant result will be final.

• Minimum and maximum bet limits vary by game and are displayed within the game interface prior to placing any wager.
• Progressive jackpot games are subject to additional terms specific to the jackpot network operated by the relevant game provider.
• Game results from certified RNG software are final and cannot be contested on grounds of alleged unfairness, unless a demonstrable technical error on the part of 920kr is identified and confirmed by the relevant game provider.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the 920kr Platform and will result in immediate account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and potential reporting to relevant authorities:

• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or artificial intelligence tools to place bets or interact with the Platform in a manner not available to standard users.
• Engaging in, facilitating, or having prior knowledge of match-fixing, spot-fixing, or any other form of sports integrity violation in connection with bets placed on 920kr.
• Depositing or attempting to withdraw funds obtained through illegal activity, including but not limited to fraud, theft, money laundering, or proceeds of crime.
• Providing false or misleading registration information, or using another person's identity or payment details to register or operate a 920kr account.
• Exploiting software bugs, pricing errors, or platform vulnerabilities to obtain an unfair advantage. Any such advantage must be reported to 920kr immediately.
• Colluding with other players in casino table games or poker-format games to gain an unfair advantage over the house or other players.
• Accessing the Platform from a Prohibited Jurisdiction using a VPN, proxy server, or other IP masking technology.

920kr is committed to promoting responsible gambling and provides a comprehensive suite of player protection tools accessible directly from within every registered account. 920kr is a strictly 21+ platform and enforces this age limit rigorously.

The following responsible gaming tools are available to all 920kr account holders at no charge:

• Deposit Limits: Set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits on your account to control your spending. Reductions take effect immediately; increases are subject to a 72-hour cooling-off period.
• Session Time Limits: Set limits on the duration of individual betting or gaming sessions. You will receive on-screen notifications as you approach your set limit.

All content on the 920kr Platform — including but not limited to software, text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, data compilations, and the overall design and layout of the Platform — is the property of 920kr or its licensors and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the 920kr Platform for personal, non-commercial betting and gaming purposes only. This licence does not extend to:

• Reproducing, distributing, or publicly displaying any 920kr content without prior written authorisation.
• Reverse-engineering, decompiling, or otherwise attempting to extract the source code of any 920kr software.
• Using the 920kr brand name, logo, or trademarks in any manner that could imply endorsement, affiliation, or partnership without express written consent.
• Scraping, crawling, or otherwise systematically extracting data from the 920kr Platform using automated tools.

Any unauthorised use of 920kr's intellectual property will be pursued to the fullest extent permitted by law.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, 920kr, its directors, officers, employees, agents, and licensors shall not be liable for any loss or damage — whether direct, indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive — arising out of or in connection with your use of or inability to use the 920kr Platform.

Without limiting the foregoing, 920kr expressly excludes liability for:

• Loss of profits, revenue, data, or business opportunity arising from betting or gaming outcomes.
• Temporary or permanent unavailability of the Platform due to scheduled maintenance, unscheduled outages, cyberattacks, or force majeure events.
• Losses resulting from unauthorised access to your account arising from your failure to maintain the security of your login credentials.
• Losses arising from your reliance on information, odds, or data displayed on the Platform that contains errors or inaccuracies.
• Losses attributable to fluctuations in cryptocurrency exchange rates between the time of deposit and the time of withdrawal.

These Terms and Conditions and any dispute or claim arising out of or in connection with them (including non-contractual disputes or claims) shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which 920kr holds its international gaming licence.

You agree that any dispute arising from your use of the 920kr Platform shall first be submitted to 920kr's internal dispute resolution process, as described in Section 15 below. Where a dispute cannot be resolved internally, it may be referred to the relevant regulatory authority or independent adjudication body specified under 920kr's operating licence.

Nothing in these Terms and Conditions shall limit any rights you may have as a consumer under mandatory applicable laws in your country of residence that cannot be excluded by contract.
